Introducing our strength and conditioning program for serious female athletes!!!
Jolene Yon is our trainer.
She was a collegiate athlete and is currently a teacher at Deer Lakes.
She was a track athlete and her specialty is speed training.
Schedule times at your convenience Monday through Thursday, Saturday and Sunday

This is great for up to 3 friends or siblings who want to work out together.
This program is tailored based on the goals of the athlete.
Athletes will be assessed at the beginning of the program.
Performance will be measured periodically.
Nutrition information and accountability will be a big part of the program.
Athletes can combine personal training with the appropriate group training session.
